Warranty Policy


This warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift, and shall not be extended to any other person of transferee. An original or copy of order number from GMYLE or authorized reseller proof of purchase is required for warranty service.

Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the order number from the transaction through which the warranted product was purchased. The order number must be retainedGMYLE will offer no warranty service without order number.


Warranty Period

GMYLE product, for a period of 2 years from the date of ship from our warehouse or retail purchase date by the original end-use purchaser, unless otherwise noted. During this period, GMYLE will offer replacement or maintenance at GMYLE’s option. Return product, with proof of purchase from GMYLE or authorized dealer please contact us at support@gmyle.com for Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) before any return. Without RMA# on the return package, will be refused.

Warranty Coverage

GMYLE warrants the Product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use in accordance with written use instructions, if any, provided with the Product (either in writing or through a hyperlink to such instructions)within the warranty period. The warranty does not cover

  • misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use
  • use of the product other than for its intended purpose
  • damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
  • product that has been modified or altered
  • products purchased from unauthorized dealers

 

Shipping Fee

All items should be returned to us for replacement or maintenance. Shipping fees incurred from returns for underwarranty service will be paid by GMYLE only if it is verified as defective items by our customer support team. We will only cover return postage of standard mail with tracking number, any return package send by express post, TNT, UPS, etc GMYLE will not cover the cost. We do not offer return label / prepaid label, and is not responsible for customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage.

No Other Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. GMYLE specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If GMYLE cannot lawfully disclaim or exclude implied warranties under applicable law, then to the extent possible any claims under such implied warranties shall expire on expiration of the warranty period. No GMYLE reseller or agent is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

Damages Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMYLE is not responsible for direct, or for special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including without limitation any costs of replacing personal property, or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in a device used with or carried in the GMYLE product.

Consumer Protection

For consumers who have the benefit of consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, that cannot be disclaimed as set forth above ("consumer laws"), the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer laws. To the extent that liability under such consumer laws may be limited, GMYLE's liability is limited, at its sole option, to replacement or repair of the product.
